Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened items in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the seal and condition of the products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
